We want to make your visit as pleasant as possible. That means more than caring for your eyes. It's important for you to have all the information you need to understand your medical condition and its treatment. So if you have any questions, about anything, please ask.

What To Expect On Your Visit

We know your time is very important to you. That's why we try to complete your evaluation during your visit. This will include the examination and any needed tests and/or procedures. You will see a nurse or ophthalmic technician, the doctor and other staff, if necessary.

This process takes time, two to three hours, perhaps even longer if the doctor believes that immediate treatment is needed. So we ask for your patience.

We feel it is beneficial having a family member or friend accompany you on your first visit. This level of care involves giving you a lot of information on your condition and its treatment. Having someone with you can help you absorb this information.

We dilate your eyes, so we strongly advise you not to drive.
